Anand Anantharaman
 Anand Anantharaman started running at the age of 55, with Mumbai marathon as the first. By the time he turned sixty, he completed a marathon each in the seven continents and one in the north pole, thus graduating to the Marathon Grand Slam Club. In December 2010, he organised the Guinness record winning Barefoot Half Marathon in Navi Mumbai. Subsequently he has run barefoot marathons in four continents and hopes to complete six by 2013.
